I feel you, little man. I dislike the rain, too. Can I borrow your scuba gear? Because in New York, it never just rains...it POURS. If I had scuba gear I could swim to Brooklyn. The water would be pretty grimy, though. I love this city, but it's dirty.

Owen insted of going swimming in the big backyard tub or your small jungle backyard tub you can play in the rain like its a big giant sprinkler. It would be FUN.

The question of the day...should we be building an ARC with all this rain. We can call it OWEN's ARC...and we have to remember to bring Howie and Bandit--the problem is that they are neutered and not sure if they would be allowed --of course this is a subject that your parents should discuss with you as you get older...also---you should have a geriatric ward for your great uncles and aunts.
